Data we process
- Server logs: IP address, time, requested URL, referrer, user agent and status codes for security and troubleshooting. Logs are deleted after 30 days.
- Contact by email: We store the details you send (name, email, content) to handle your request and delete them when the conversation is finished unless retention duties apply.
- Route calculations: Requests to the EV Duel simulator are processed on our servers and via the GoingElectric API. No personal profiles are created; route queries are stored only in aggregated or anonymous form to improve performance and detect abuse.
- Cookies & local storage: Only essential cookies/local storage values (language, theme, selections) are used to operate the site. No marketing cookies or third-party trackers.
Legal basis
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (providing the service) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (security, abuse prevention, aggregated analytics).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Processors / recipients
Hosting and infrastructure are operated in the EU. We do not pass personal data to third parties unless required by law.
